If I did a tri in December, it would have to be inside because it would be a lot more than a bit chilly.
Offseason training is slowly getting started. We've been running and I got bike rollers. Of course my running has a long way to go, but progress is being made. As for the rollers, well lets just say its going to take some time, but im not falling as much now.
