Looks like I am starting my off season training too. I started runninglast week for the first time since my tri in August. The hip and heel injuries needed the time to heal so I could run again. Starting off slow, but my next tri is not until April or May of next year, so plenty of time to prepare for those. I'm also considering a half marathon about that time if I can get the legs to hold up. Finally, going to get some swimming lessons now that I am employed again. That is diffidently my weak point and can't wait to get started on improving that !
