I tried to reply to your PM, but I need to have more posts to get into the club. Apologies for the delay responding. I have one of the pictured AL headtubes in the original post. The ID at both ends is 39.6 mm. OD is 45mm, 2.7mm wall. the OD tapers in the middle of the tube to 38mm. The one I have is 175mm in length. It's yours if you can use it, and throw me a bone for postage.
