Bottom Bracket/Crank Question

I am building a SS out of a road frame that I won in a contest.

This is my first "bottom up" build, so I'm learning as we go along with respect to parts and compatibility. This is a budget build, so please refrain from comments about buying cheap parts

For the BB/Crankset combo, I am looking at these items from nashbar:

A run of the mill shimano square taper BB:

And a 46T SS crankset:

My question is what length of spindle should I get? I measured the length of the BB and its 68mm, so I assume I need a 68 x something? There are different spindle lengths ranging from 107mm to 127mm, and I have no idea what i'd need.

Thanks for looking.
