I had it a few years before I started biking. I've really only biked since last year.

It's a pretty weird feeling. For me it's like bugs are crawling up the inside of my legs. Moving them only helps. But it only helps until I stop. Then I have 15 seconds before it starts up. The only thing that helped was getting up and doing push-ups and leg exercises. Good thing is... I can do lots of push-ups. It would get my heart rate up, which gives me a few minutes to get back to sleep. But since I've been riding, my heart rate drops back down fast.

Oh and the moving of the legs continues even when I'm asleep. So says the wife.
