frame repair

I have broken my Tomac frame . Tomac will not warranty the frame because it was abused (that is what they tell me anyway) on a flat XC trail, and they do not sell the swingarm either. This is the 4th swingarm that I have broken so I have a big beef with the Tomac company. Anyway, does anyone have experience with repaired frames? I was thinking about getting this swingarm welded (TIG weld) and supposedly it will be as strong as the original (not to reassuring as the frames are weak from the factory!). Any suggestions? THanks
