the massive increase in stopping power takes getting used to. especially with the back brake, which can stop you FAST, the front brake you have to be careful with. mine are the BB5 which stop me just fine as is - i don't see an upgrade to BB7s in the future - there's no need.
I just followed the youtube video on adjusting bb5 brakes and everything is fine.
