Mrs. Zoxe and I got a gym membership this fall. It's a lot less scary than I thought it would be. After a few weeks I found myself looking forward to it.
I found out last year that 3-4 nights a week is about my max. We tried doing 5 and 6 nights a week and it became a chore. A man can only watch so much Oprah while on the elliptical!!!!
We bought 10 acres this spring and I found that 2 nights a week during good weather was about perfect. We bike 1-2 nights a week, jog on saturday morning, and do yard work the rest of the week. I've dropped 2 inches and 15 lbs since July.
