For me...
1. Drive side facing down...
2. Drop one drive side spoke in...
3. That spoke goes in the second hole to the left of the valve stem.
4. Twist hub to the left or counter-clockwise...
...I eventually end up with outside pulling spokes when the wheel is done...
=8-)
