I have not gone clipless yet on my mountain bike
. I've riden with spd's on my road bike for years. Does anyone have experience with both Speedplay Frogs and Crankbrothers Eggbeaters? Also any suggestions on the right shoes for your pick considering that I adventure race and do a good bit of hike-a-bike.
