sure, 1.5" tire equals 38mm, rhynolite rim is 27.5mm wide, that's more than a 19mm wide rim with 25mm tire. I've got a rhynolite on the rear and a 24mm dyad on the front of my LHT using 1.75" tires. A 1.5" tire won't look as cramped as a 24mm rim with 28mm tire.
Thanks. I'm curious about one other thing: the 700 Rhyno Lite rim is listed as weighing 420g while the 26 model weighs 550g. If they're the same width and extrusion model, how is that possible? Any theories?
