SB does have a new R5 light that is very bright - 450 lumens, you lose about 40-60 minutes of runtime at high mode over the stock R5 Romisen.. This newer light is 80 minutes at full brightness then dimished light for up to 2 hours. I would buy the Cool White w/ Orange Peel reflector.. They are about 20.00 more than the stock R5 Romisen light.. This in conjunction with the C8 would be all you need. The C8 also has a nice flashing mode, something the R5's do not have which is nice for early morning or riding at dusk.
