Definetely a touring frame. Relaxed geometry and long wheelbase. The dropouts look like Campy, touring and not road race because of the fender eyelets. High ten steel not cromo makes a heavier but smoother ride. No braze ons. So, I guess a decent to high end touring bike from the 70s?
