Not high but I feel really alert and wide awake. When I used to commute to work, no coffee was needed. I'd stop for a pastry in the mornings 'cause bicycling made me eat like a horse! I would eat thay with just water. I'd get to work, wash up and start working.
It is addictive, I'd take the long way home just to get more miles in...I really need to plot a commute route to my new office.
