I have been riding on and off my entire life, mostly mountian bike. I got a road bike a couple months ago for a bike ride across NC. Which I don't think that I will have any trouble with, But I want to get started on training for next years road racing season. I would like to be some what competative. If anyone knows of any books, videos, or websites that have helped them out plz forward them on to me. Thanks alot. Determine but needing direction.
