Upgrade wheelset suggestions

Sometime soon I want to upgrade the wheelset on my 2009 Rockhopper, at the moment it has the stock Specialized rims. I am looking to spend around $200-$300, riding cross country, my weight is 190LB, and they need to be 6 bolt disc compatible (Avid BB7).

A few months ago I had looked on BWW and was able to custom build some of their wheels that came in around that budget, but now cannot see that option anywhere as it looks like the site has updated. I did see these http://forums.bicyclewheelwarehouse....hp?topic=100.0 but cannot see if they are 6 bolt hubs. I was also looking at some Fulcrum Red Metal wheels, but again, not sure how good those are.

Are those going to be the best options? any other recommendations? I don't mind using eBay or used. Right now I am looking for suggestions, not ready to buy.

Thanks.
