I use Bleach White when all else fails. It's found in the automotive section for getting whitewalls white again.
It's pretty nasty stuff though. You're not supposed to get it on your hands or breathe it in. And you have to rinse it off right away, or it will start bleaching the paint right off, leaving a hazy finish.
