I'm in Jefferson City, MO. Midway between Kansas City and St. Louis. Nearest local trail is Binder Lake Park. Luckily it's also the best by far.
Hilly and fast. Several creek crossings. All singletrack. No fireroads! I hate fireroads. Only about a 10-15 minute drive. In Columbia there's Rock Bridge State Park which is usually also nice but pretty washed out right now. It's < 30 minutes from here. There are several others around but those two are the best.
I ride a Giant NRS 2 on the trails.
I also have a Bianchi Axis which I ride on the Katy Trail, (rail-trail), when it's too muddy on the singletrack.
Why doesn't everyone tell what they ride also?
