3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any? ...Some groups I'm the old slow guy, others I'm the hammerhead.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life? . Always had a bike. Began serious riding last year. Heart surgury stopped me from playing contact team sports, (soccer), that I did every week.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race? ...Various, from Tuesday night Blvd pacelines in Providence, commuting to work, 25+ evening and weekend rides, as well as the short rides to town.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage? ...I bike every day I am not doing some other fitness activitiy as in #7.
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.? ...Competitive racquetball, walking.
