OP, had you been pushing really hard before hitting this wall? Dieting and exercising a lot?

If you do too much for too long, it zaps your will to exercise. I'm still trying to get through a nasty case of this. My biggest suggestion is to change a surrounding somehow - if you ride, try riding a completely different route. If you just ride and walk, look into a trial membership at a gym and see if that helps with your blues. If you're in a gym, consider joining a different gym. Find a way to shake up the old routine a little bit and get back to it a bit at a time. Try to go a few days a week, ease back into it. You'll be back at it.

And SAD is crazy real. It's awful.

Try taking some depression inventories - you could be going through a temporary wave of depression and you might need a little boost.
