Hey y'all!
Glad to join the group. I've read a lot of posts here for a month or two and really appreciate all the questions and answers. To cut right to it- biking saved my life. I've lost 80 pounds in 8 months and biking is the excersise that has gotten me here. (along with dieting). Glad to be around like-minded individuals and hope to contribute as best I can.
