How about a picture of the entire bike? Low end P6, maybe P8, early 1980s. Read up on Swiss threading, the early 1980s, Peugeot transitioned from French threading to Swiss. Finding swiss parts is more challenging than French.

If you are looking for Peugeots in particular, I would recommend you spend some time studying at Miamijim's Peugeot website.
