The correct Italian pronunciation of the word 'Bianchi' is "bee-an-key". You don't say "Tchee-an-tee" for the wine variety or indeed the region in Tuscany from where it orginates. If a "ch" is seen in Italian, the sound is a hard "k" usually. Similarly, a lone "c" in Italian is pronouced "tch." They spell the word "Chinese" like "Cinese" but pronouce it "chin-ay-zee".
