Absolutely!! For us in the snow belt this is the time of year to go over our bikes with a fine tooth comb. Check every single bolt screw and nut for tightness. It is amazing how many have got loose during a year of riding. And the main thing is finding them now may keep you from being stranded next summer. At the very least it might keep you from trying to find a very strange type of bolt.
BTW no biking for me---------I just blew 8 inches of global warming off my drive and side walks this morning.
