Well my two week break is over I got away from writing everything down and the scales have not moved. 299 today so back to writing everything down and no more snacking all weekend. Still hitting the gym 4 times a week and plan to up that. Looking for 40 degree weather and plan to start my commuting. Happy I am still trying and motivated. Good Luck everyone!
