Not in DC. Around here people are jerks just for the sake of it. We have them in cars,on motorcycles,riding bikes,and even walking. And the group should not have to eat the bad karma of the individual. If a 'Skins fan does you wrong,should all 'Skins fans be punished?
BTW,I also happen to have my own jerk story. Last week,around dusk,there's this college kid zipping down the sidewalk on a MTB. Bike is black and he's wearing dark colors;no lights or reflectives. He's weaving through the peds with his hands off the bars. One is across his body perpendicular to the ground. The other one's elbow is resting on it with his hand under his chin. Like the gesture you'd see from someone going,"hmmm...interesting". Only this chucklehead is doing it while riding. Unbelievable.
