I've had a 1up trainer for about eight years now. I just use it to get some "riding" in during the long Vermont winters. The 1up is very well built and made in the USA. Nice features and quiet.

1up. Uses something called Centrifugal Pressure Resistance (CPR) - very realistic, quiet, smooth, great design with QR mechanism, no worries about fluid leaks, and reasonably priced.
