Second of all, don't borrow trouble. You MAY have a partially clogged artery. You don't KNOW that you do. And whatever source gave you the idea listed it as a POSSIBLE cause. Chill out, man.
You are doing the right things - being concerned, perhaps even to the point of being scared, and starting to make the changes that will avoid or lessen the problem. Panic won't help.
