Does the helmet need to comply with anything beyond US CSPC standards? The Alchera has that going for it.
Going back to the website for Pedal Pittsburgh to look has me very confused!
On one page they say everyone must wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet. On another they say "Helmets Mandatory." And from what I can gather in the net, the US CSPC standards are a hair higher than ANSI (which may now be called ASTM!)
