If you go to San Antonio on Sunday and don't have a group to ride with, be sure to get there by 8 am and be ready to hop on. After that, you'll likely get the casual riders at a much slower pace. Clermont should be fine on Weds since its a very rural area. You should include San Antonio a second (or third) time since there's several routes and its a great area to ride and close to Wesley Chapel.
Try to do the Clearwater Beach/bridge ride early too if possible since traffic gets heavy during the week.
If you're interested in doing the Suncoast Trail during the week, I'll likely be going after work, about 4pm. Probably do about 30 miles. Send me a pm if interested.
