Came with more than expected -- thanks, DC! Cranks w/ bb; headset w/ stem clamp.
I'll be doing some kind of headset mod with bearings at the top, probably replacing the lower as well. I think I'll stick with the stock fork.
BB is kinda crunchy, will need to get in there and take a look. Right crank appears bent and I wanted to go with a more modern sq taper crank anyway. Was planning on full ($$$) Phil Wood bb treatment, but if the bearing races are in decent shape, might reuse the cups, see if there's an axle I can use that will work kicking around the shop. Failing that, I also recently inherited an older Shimano DA 7400 bb with no threads which might be pressed into service.
Looks like 2" tire will be asking more than the bike can give. Will go for wide road rims, not BMX.
