Ironman Lake Stevens 70.3 2011
Is there anyone who is participating in this event August 14, 2011?
Have you attempted triathlons before? How about at this distance - 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run?
Are you participating with friends and family members, or, will they be on hand to cheer you on?
Post a comment if you're registering for this event and how you're preparing - bike, food, clothing and other equipment choices, training regimes, etc. - from now until the day after said event.
