Does a 1" columbus headset exist? Getting a 1" threadless fork on a ~ 2003 raleigh

So I'm in a predicament where my lack of non standard headsets is keeping my build from moving forward.

The condensed version is that I wanted to build myself a new road bike around a 2003 raleigh professional frame which I've had sitting around for a few years. It's a nice columbus steel frame but the trouble is that the headset interface is unfamiliar to me. It appeared to use a standard integrated headset but when I tried to drop in a Cane Creek IS2 headset the bearings floated all around the frame with room to spare. From the googling I've done it seems the frame actually uses a columbus IS headset. Great. So The problem is I've got myself set on using a 1" Look HSC fork that was floating around the parts bin and I can't find a 1" columbus headset.

Anyone want to trade me forks?
