I am working on a lower-end model from a high-end Italian builder right now. It has a Cambio Rino crank set, bottom bracket and seat post. The Campagnolo components are the lower-end Nuovo Gran Sport. Looks like the Cambio Rino stuff enabled the builder to use components manufactured in Italy, as opposed to Japanese components, consistent with the lower final price point they were aiming at.
