not to rain on your parade, but just let the girls ride; theres a whole level of awareness built in when you're out solo that you're pretty wary of anyone approching you, and if you're zoning at all, it can give quite a fright
that said, I've had guys ask if they can bike-with when on paths, or having a quick chat at the top of huge climbs, that was cool... guys turning around and following you on bikes, not cool
