I'm guessing that there's more than one Katy Trail, since taking a day trip to ride the Katy Trail in Dallas wouldn't be worth it. It's only 8-9 miles round trip, and it's packed with joggers/walkers/rollerbladers. And it's all paved. It is a pretty ride, though.
