I've been practicing yoga daily for the over 3 years. The only web site I go to is yogajournal.com. That's usually to find poses to help alleviate a problem and general reading. I've used Gaiam and yoga zone DVDs to learn from.
I practice Hatha Yoga and took an orientation to instruct acouple of years ago and really dig using it to stretch my I/D cycling classes after a good ride. Cycling has a way of tightening you up in your ROM the strength and stretching is priceless-Not to mention the breathing that is so important too.
