Hi, it would help to get close ups of the dropouts, seat lug, bottom bracket, any serial number and nice side view of the head tube. it would be extra helpful if knew the seat post size, bottom bracket thread and drop out spacing. I am not familiar with the logo or harry potter, sorry. looks like a neat bike that is in pretty bad shape, steep head angle and slack seat angle etc. I think a lot of English bikes from the 60 had that geometry.
