Thanks for the advice. I learned about centreville the hard way. Tuesday evening Tom from Get Out & Go Tours brought the bike to the Hotel. He waited while I changed into my kit and then drove me to the W&OD. I went for a short ride to the west on the trail and then turned around. To make a long story short I got a little turned around and after multiple consultations with my phone / GPS got I finally got on Elden St/Centreville Rd headed in the right direction...in the dark. Luckily I brought a head lamp and Planet Bike Super Flash just in case. My sense of direction here sucks. I'm so used to the roads in Fl running N-S and E-W that I make wrong turns. At least tonight I made it back to the hotel before dark. Sunrise > Monroe > Van Buren is definitely the way to go. Thanks again for the good advice.
