I've a small truck that I use to transport it in. I made my own cheap rack for it. I looked up the saris bones you said is on your trunk. It looks like a solid mount, so maybe it would work out ok. One thing you need to be careful of is that our bents are a bit longer than DF bikes, so be aware that it may protrude beyond the side of your car.
