You got me there! I was typing pretty hastily as it was a long post already, and I accidentally wrote inches instead of centimeters, so it should say 93cm PBH and 83cm seat height.
I always found that the Rivendell chart selects frames way bigger than I would want to ride. Looking at your PBH on their sizing chart I would think that the biggest frame I'd even consider if I had a PBH of 93cm would be a 62cm. I'd probably go with a 60 myself, but I like my bars well below the saddle.
Only you can say what will work for you, but I am sure that a 62cm is plenty big enough for at least some riders with the same PBH you have.
