What kind of bike is this going on? Do you have indexed shifting? If so, how many speeds? You will need to match against the index-spacing in order for it to work properly. If you already have an existing freewheel or cassette that you want to use and works with your shifters then you will need to make sure the hub in that wheelset is compatible with the freewheel or cassette.
Its going on a mongoose xr200, im pretty sure those rims would work. I dont need anything special, I just want to be able to ride it until I get my new bike.
