i've been looking for the same thing, but on a slightly lower budget. if you have $1500 there's a lot of options out there. you can buy a complete from one of the said brands, or attempt to find a frame for a ridiculously inflated price. buying an old keirin frame is a place to start as well, but again, it wont be cheap. as far as cheaper options go, there's the langster steel and the fuji feather, both again, overpriced.
