That doesn't sound good.

I remember when Dutch Elm Disease went through the midwest. We went from living on a "green tunnel" of a street to no shade at all in a single year. I had a friend who planted 12 new trees in his yard, all different varieties. He wasn't going to get wiped out like that ever again.
