I checked out the local bike shop

...and I found 3 bikes I really liked. These are extemely cheap, I know, not the big ticket items you all are used to. It's been a while since I've bought a bike.

Trek Y26 - $315
Trek Bruiser - $360
Cannondale F300 - $510

The components were low level stuff. I was figuring I could upgrade them eventually as I get money or need to. I liked the Full suspension Y26, but at 5'8", the 16 incher seemed a little small for me. I should have asked if I could order it in a different size. I do a lot of on-road biking, but I like to be able to get down and dirty when I have to or even in the rain. I know I would punish the crap out of a road bike, and I've never had a full suspension bike. So, any advice for me? I'm leaning towards the Y26, but I'll have to go back and ask if I can order one slightly bigger. The other 2 caught my eye, but are just hardtails. I'd appreciate any advice.
