If it's electric, why does it have an ignition start?
Looks like the electric equivalent of a moped. Quieter and no cloud of smoke, I suppose, but seems not so much a bicycle.
Looks as if light enough to pick up an throw into a vehicle, as previously mentioned, so you may need to secure it to something.
