edit: nevermind googled ankling. I feel as if I'm pretty conscious of this but I will try and pay even more attention
what does "ankling" mean? I think mine more came about from a week of training in the big ring to build some torque. It's only on my right foot. I might be able to adjust my saddle height, but I doubt it because any higher and I'll my hips will start to rock. Any exercises I can do off the bike, as well as ice it?
