This matter (of bikes custom-built for extremely tall people) has been discussed elsewhere, and one thing I always thought "looked wrong" was that the custom frame makers didn't use longer chainstays. When the bike was assembled and adjusted, the saddles ended up right over the rear axle. The riders look cramped on them; the elbows looked way too close to the knees.

Also I found it odd that they still used the same-length cranks, for a person who was 25%-30% taller than usual.
I know that taller people are even more susceptible to knee problems than average-height people are, and I know the damage you can do by using cranks that are too long,,,,, but it still just looks funny.
