What do you eat before a morning ride?
I am wondering if I am doing it right.....hopefully I am, but thought I'd get your opinions.
Before going for a ride in the morning (usually on weekends), I feel I "must" eat something (that could be because I'm diabetic), but if I eat very much I feel bloated and a little naucious when I start riding.
So I generally eat something, but something small like maybe a bagel or toast only.
Is that how you guys and gals do it too?
