The Bear Mountain Bridge has Bike access but that's way north of Hastings On Hudson

Best bet would probably be to go straight up the Bikeway, cross the Broadway Bridge into the Bronx, and follow Broadway into Westchester. Warburton Avenue follows the Hudson in Yonkers but I don't remember exactly how to do it from there. Maybe Mapquest has directions?
